Welcome to **Soul School by Revti**. By accessing our website, purchasing our recorded courses, enrolling in live Zoom webinars, or booking 1-on-1 sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
### 1. General Eligibility
By enrolling in any program on Soul School, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to make payments and access our educational content.
### 2. Services & Digital Products
* **Recorded Courses & Meditations:** Granted as digital, non-transferable access for personal use through the Alva Courses portal upon successful payment.
* **Live Zoom Webinars:** Live interactive sessions hosted on scheduled dates. Access details are sent via registered email/WhatsApp prior to the event.
* **1-on-1 Counseling & Mentorship:** Scheduled individually based on mutual availability.
### 3. Payments & Currency
* Payments are processed securely via **Cashfree Payments** supporting UPI, NetBanking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets.
* Prices shown are in **INR (Indian Rupees)** or **AUD (Australian Dollars)** depending on your selected location/currency settings. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.
### 4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided on this platform—including videos, audio meditations, workbooks, live session recordings, logos, and brand assets—is the exclusive property of **Revti's Soul School**. Unauthorized recording, sharing, downloading, selling, or distributing our course materials is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
### 5. Disclaimer & Nature of Services
