Refund policy

At Soul School by Revti, we aim to provide high-value, transformative learning experiences. Because our products consist of digital content, live events, professional training programs, and reserved personal time slots, the following policy applies:

1. Self-Paced Recorded Courses & Digital Products

  • No Refunds: Self-paced courses, digital workbooks, and audio meditations give you immediate full digital access upon purchase. For this reason, all self-paced course and digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Professional Healer & Coach Training Programs

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellation and refund requests for professional training programs (such as Shamanic Healer Training, Energy Healing Training, Wealth Coach Training, Relationship Coach Training and Quantica Code Reader Training) must be made within 14 days of enrollment, and at least 30 days before the course start date.
  • Requests made after this window are not eligible for a refund.

3. Live Zoom Webinars & Workshops

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the webinar or workshop start time to be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future event.

4. 1-on-1 Personal Sessions

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card) through our payment partners, Cashfree Payments or Razorpay.
  • Processing time: Approved refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
