# Refund & Cancellation Policy

At **Soul School by Revti**, we aim to provide high-value, transformative learning experiences. Because our products consist of digital content, live events, and reserved personal time slots, the following policy applies:

### 1. Recorded Courses & Digital Meditations
* **Non-Refundable:** Due to the immediate full digital access granted upon purchase for pre-recorded courses, digital workbooks, and audio meditations, **all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.**

### 2. Live Zoom Webinars & Workshops
* **Notice Required:** Cancellation requests for multi-day live webinars must be made within **14 days of enrollment** or at least **48 hours prior** to the webinar start date.
* **No-Show Policy:** If a participant fails to attend a live webinar without prior written notification at least 24 hours in advance, the ticket fee is **non-refundable** and cannot be transferred to a future cohort.

### 3. 1-on-1 Personal Appointments & Counseling
* Cancellations made with **at least 48 hours' notice** prior to the scheduled time will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
* Cancellations within **less than 48 hours** or "no-shows" will incur a **50% cancellation fee**.

### 4. How Refunds Are Processed
* Once a valid refund request is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card) via **Cashfree Payments**.
* Processing time: Approved refunds typically take **5 to 7 business days** to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
